By accessing and using GetFreeQR.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

GetFreeQR.app is a free online QR code generator. The Service allows you to create QR codes for URLs, WiFi networks, vCards, text, email, phone numbers, SMS, WhatsApp, social media profiles, and app store links. No registration or account is required. The Service supports 8 languages and all generated QR codes can be downloaded as PNG or SVG files without watermarks.

You may use GetFreeQR.app for both personal and commercial purposes. QR codes you generate belong to you. There is no limit on the number of QR codes you can create or download.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes that link to malware, phishing sites, or any content intended to harm others
• Create QR codes containing illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging

QR codes generated through the Service belong to you, the user. The GetFreeQR.app name, logo, and brand assets remain the property of GetFreeQR.app. The Service uses open-source libraries, each governed by their respective licenses.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of QR codes generated through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetFreeQR.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
